***ZERO STARS*** SCAMMERS STAY AWAY - DO NOT BUY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY OR A PRODUCT THAT OFFERS THEIR WARRANTY!!! This company is a total crock of crap. I purchased a KEY liquid screen protector, and it came with a 1 yr $200 GUARANTEED WARRANTY from Warranty Life. Went through and did all of the registration and tests properly and got a confirmation of warranty certificate to Jan of 2024. 7 months in, I need to file a claim, and they refuse to pay, stating they no longer offer the product that I HAVE A WARRANTY CERTIFICATE CONFRIMED FOR.

Tried to cancel my warranty as I changed my phone. After a few rounds of correspondence, got email confirmation that it was canceled. However, rhey kept charging the credit card and would no longer respond to emails or messages through their web site. I had to contact the credit card provider to be reimbursed.

I’m very disappointed with my services. My request ticket number keeps getting deleted when I tried to file a claim and no one callls me back to resolve the issue. I have also reached out in email in regards to my request more than once with no reply

Horrible experience. Cancelled my service just after signing up noting all the bad reviews. Received confirmation that my membership was cancelled, but STILL got charged the next month. Been waiting over a month for a refund, and now I am out two months… DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Edit: warrantylife just replied that they refunded the money, however, they have no idea who I am. I can confirm that I have not ever received a refund. Instead, I called my bank and got a new card so they couldn't charge me any longer. Im still out the two months that I was charged. This is, no doubt, a scam.

I have a Champion Inverter Generator refurbished from Factory Pure. I purchased an extended 3-year warranty with Warranty Life. I took the generator to the shop because it wouldn't start with the gas and the gas stabilizer already in the tank. I was told the gas went bad. I was also informed that the ignition coil may have rusted, and the spark plug may need changing, but they have to open it up to do the work. I put them on hold because I need authorization for work to be covered by the warranty. I left two or three phone messages with Warranty Life. No return call. I get a denial of claim because of "I didn't take care of my equipment, and then second determination, the claim doesn't cover for bad gas. They skip that I don't know until they open it up what the problem may be. The part is $29-$69 part but it would cost me $500 to get it repaired. So what am I to do? Why buy an extended three-year warranty from Warranty Life and they treat you like your bug to be swatted away. This is a rip-off and I notified the Attorney General of Washington State of my concerns about business practices that are not transparent. If you have been bilked by Warranty Life file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office, it is at no cost to do so. It would have been nice to get a suggestion on where to get this fixed because of Warranty Life's short list of good businesses that they recommend. It would have been great customer service to return the call. I would have been thrilled if they had the decency to TRY. Unfortunately, my experience is that they could care less when it comes to service to me. I care.

I sent in a claim for my phone and they told me the insurance expired the same month I paid off my phone. I paid a flat rate for the insurance and I didn't use it. So they charged me for 2 policies to cover the phone repairs and as soon as I need it it isn't available. I had problems with my other phone getting it repaired. It took weeks to get it serviced and to receive my reimbursement. A total rip off. They're scamming now. Probably poor management and they dint have money to pay fit repairs.

Warranty Life is a Scam! Do not, Hear me out do not give these people your money they are a Scam. Purchased the protection.Followed all the rules to picture of phone and condition.Some green lines appeared on the screen. Call to make a claim. They told me to take pictures of screen and number on the back. Sent it! I waited.... Email them back and ask what was going on, and they said sorry we do not cover that phone anymore. What!!(but they was still charging me)!So I ask for a rep to contact me... Never heard from anybody. That's not the kicker!So I emailed them and ask one more time can someone contact me.You no what they did????Charged my ass again!Don't use the people!You gonna be writing a review like me!
