I would rate higher if I could! They were prompt, kind, and easy to work with. I had a special case where my Warranty registration didn't completely submit, essentially voiding the warranty. I didn't realize this until I went to submit a claim and was denied. I reached out, explaining the situation and included evidence to my claim (I was not asked to do this, but I figured it would help), and within just a couple of days I received a response saying that they would honor my claim under the circumstances and I could proceed with the repair. I had my phone repaired on a Friday evening, submitted the receipt late Friday night/early Saturday morning, and received my reimbursement for the repair in my bank account the following Wednesday afternoon!

It was super easy to apply basicly dummie proof would deffently recommend my son threw my phone off a bike and the only damage was on thw case very impressed

Contacted Warranty Life about my product's problem. They responded the same day, had a solution the next day and I received the warranty reimbursement within three days of the repair. Quick and easy. Could not ask for anything better.
