We have used this product now for the second time and had great success with protecting our phones the first time. We dropped the pervious phones a number of times and had no damage. Amazing product. Used it now on our new phone.

I enjoyed completing the warranty registration for my phone protector. It was a very professional and thorough process and the humour used throughout the process was great, it made an other wise basic task funny and enjoyable !

My daughter accidentally cracked the screen to her phone, but we had bought the insurance on it through Warranty Life. To be honest I had little confidence in how the process would work but overall from beginning to end it could not have been easier or gone more smoothly for me. Once you submit your bid and begin working with them through the process is clearly defined, and they are pretty quick to answer questions. We did not have their recommended repair places near us so we just took the phone to the Apple store, got it fixed, and submitted the receipt and was reimbursed. Very easy. Take pictures before and after, and capture your IMEI in the pics and you're good to go. Would definitely recommend this service.

Warranty Life worked with me when the repair center (in no way connected to Warranty Life) took over two months to repair my generator. They were quick to pay for the repair after it was completed.

This company was phenomenal. I bought a used S9+ from a terrible company called Swappa (story for a different time) and decided to purchase the protection warranty for $50. Ended up dropping my phone at work the other day and filed a claim at about 2PM. I paid my deductible and selected my preferred fix location in the greater Indianapolis area. By 2 PM the next day my phone had been dropped off and repaired, in its entirety, and I picked it up without having to pay anything else out of pocket!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and their services. They were very communicative, professional, and detail oriented.
