I dropped my phone and broke the screen and all I had to do to get reimbursed was send some info about my phone. They send the $ to your PayPal account and if it ends up being more than that amount, you just send copy of receipt and they gave the rest of $ (minus $50 deductible). I would definitely recommend and the customer service is great and fast!

I had an easy time submitting my claim. They underpaid by 20$, but once I informed them they immediately sent it too me. Couldn't be happier to have my expensive phone fixed where I want with authorized parts and have the whole thing covered (except my deductible!) Definitely keeping this product in the future!

I filed a claim with Warranty Life after my daughter dropped her iPhone and damaged the screen. My claim was processed immediately and the money was sent by the next day. My daughter's screen was repaired. I am very happy with how simple the process was. I would definitely recommend Warranty Life.
