Excellent sales staff and great company from past experiences. I would highly recommend this company over the competition based on fast attention to claims and a proven record of many years of business even during the recession. I will keep buying my mechanical breakdown warranties with Warranty Direct always.

Kept in contact with me giving at all times a professional attitude and not being pushy. Giving me the chance to make up my own mind in my time, also letting me know of best deals possible.
