I had them once before and they told me everything!! This time I was not told that my warranty was going to be financed thru a finance company!! And they shared my personal & private information with this company without telling me first

Sophie - thank you for your feedback. While we don't have chat on the website we do have it on our Facebook page. We did have chat in the past but we found that most of our customers preferred to call us for their questions. We'll definitely look into it again.

I see that your contract was emailed on August 3rd to your Gmail account. Since Gmail has several tabs and spam filtering if might not be in your inbox. However I will have it sent again just in case. Please let us know if you still do not receive it. The contract will be a PDF attachment that you can download, save and print out.

Initially I was really impressed with Katrina Brown because she helped me review other policies and I was renewing my current one .the rrally nice build up.....then she let the bomb down ...she informed me that the policy wasn't going to be the same..quite a few things weren't covered...so I don't think I'm going to keep the policy. She did them for me though that I can cancel anytime

Not exactly happy about some of the fine print that wasn't clear before purchasing the warranty. Was expecting a 30 day grace period instead I got stuck with a 90 day grace period. I haven't used the warranty yet so I really can't be certain on how everything will go when I need to use it.
