South American Landscapes - Argentina & Chile: We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and it was, in general, well coordinated with information provided each day confirming the next day's transfers and local tours. The local guides for each leg were very friendly and informative. Each of the major stops involved one free day. We utilised this effectively in Buenos Aires to spend a day in an area not visited (Palmero district) as part of the organised day tour. We didn't have much to do on the free days in El Calafate and Puerto Natales and felt the tour could have run a couple of days shorter by cutting out those two days. When making the bus trip from El Calafate (Argentina) to Puerto Natales (Chile), we were required to complete online forms in quick time at the bus stop, which was a bit stressful and would recommend having been advised of these requirements the previous evening. Also, a couple of the accommodations did not include our required bedding requirements. But overall it was a great tour and we saw some wonderful places.

We recently took a trip to Argentina and Brazil, planned by Wanderful Holidays. The drivers and guides that were scheduled for us were all amazing. Pick ups and transfers were seamless and comfortable. Private tours in Buenos Aires, Iguazu and Rio were perfect. Communication by email and WhatsApp was excellent. My only disappointment was the level of service and accommodations at the hotels that were selected. Our rooms (3 rooms for a family of 7) were on separate floors in the first and last hotels. The hotels were in the 3-4 star category, at most, and we planned for 5 star.

The team really helped in making everything run smoothly. Thank you so much to Hannah, Lily, Rose, Wendy, Alberto and Sam for all that you did. I was unhappy with one of the hotels that I checked into at night, but the team got me booked into another hotel the next morning. Their quick problem solving was very much appreciated. A short while before my trip, I had requested to add on another country. The team advised me as to what would be the best option and when to add in the additional tour and sorted this out for me without any hassle.

The overall experience is good. I would suggest that you come with friends other than travel alone. The team always communicates with me through WhatsApp, that made me feel safe. Some of the hotel staff didn’t speak English when I check in, that caused some confusion other than that it’s ok. I thought there will be a tour guide then with me from the beginning to the end but it didn’t. It feels like self assistant tour where I have to stay alert all the time. Different drivers will come to pick up me everyday but they are all kinda nice though. The tour company offered me free tango show and upgrade my room in rio to an ocean view. Overall the trip is pretty good.

Just came back from a 18 days South America trip. It’s one of few packages that includes everything I’m looking for, Patagonia, Iguazu falls, and Christ the Redeemer. This is a booking agency that book all tickets, tours, transfers at each location, they do not offer ONE consistent guide with you entire time. But again However, the staff at Wanderful was very supportive during the entire trip with daily check ins and prompt responses to inquiries or issues. Everything was smooth. They ask for feedback for hotels, etc. For example, I did NOT like hotel in Buenos Aires (poor set up), and gave them feedback. Also recommend a different hotel in Foz de Iguazu, hotel is fine but location is too far from town. If any inconvenience occurs or kinks happens, the team find ways to correct it. One thing to note, I went on this trip with a friend and we had to pay additional fee to guarantee two beds, which was unexpected. Also if you go with other ppl you become a unit, meaning one person can’t opt for one optional thing while the other decides to sit out.

We had a private trip (as a family) through South Africa with many different stops. Our guide was great, he told us a lot about the country, the politics, the challenges and of course the sights. We were unlucky at a hotel in Cape Town, but this was then rebooked (unfortunately this involved additional costs). The agents team was directly available and took great care of us and our problem. Everything was well organized in advance, all the tickets were there and our guide took great care of us.

We were in Italy! We liked the places visited that were chosen by the tour! No need to worry about payments for hotels and trains! We appreciated having free time in each city! We would have liked the hotels to be closer to the train stations to avoid expansive taxis and for it to be easier with the suitcase. Not easy to know which bus to take to get there and which stop... We would have preferred a shuttle (included in the price) to pick us up and take us back to our hotel for all the activities/cities (Colleseum, gondola ride...). It is more reassuring when you are in a foreign country. It was great that «Just Drive » was able to do this in Florence! We were in Pisa from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. It's so pretty! We could not climb to the top of Pisa before 9:00am. It’s was sad that we couldn’t see the inside because we had to leave for Quince Terra. We enjoyed the organized tour! We were able to discover important places in Italy! Thank you for doing your best that you could so that we could go to Quince Terre and Pisa despite the people who canceled and thank you for being available through WhatsApp every day! :)

They go above and beyond! We used Wanderful Holidays for our 25 year anniversary trip to Italy. They were fairly new to planning trips in Italy and acknowledged as much. That said, they found excellent locations in Venice, Rome and the Amalfi Coast for my wife and I, and catered to our specific transfer requests. When issues occurred, they immediately rectified them (they covered the cost of a taxi we had to pay for when the airport transfer did not show up). We called them when we needed their help before and during the trip, and they were always responsive. They are a small operation, but I find the service from small operations tends to be more hands-on and very service oriented. They certainly were. Ask for Alberto and Erika.
