Great itinerary
My recently concluded trip through Bangkok, Singapore and Bali was quite enjoyable. A mixture of immersion in culture, modernity, and relaxation. The airport pickups and drop offs went seamlessly. All of the guides and drivers in the different cities were friendly, informative and enthusiastic. Special mention to G'day in Bali who had very helpful suggestions for activities on the free days. The company was also immediately responsive on the one or two occasions there were hiccups, as is to be expected during travel. All in all it was a quite memorable trip, and I recommend the company to all.

Great itinerary marred by use of remote guide.
We loved the itinerary. Wonderful cities and towns to visit. Transportation between cities was relaxing and fast. The local guides were very good - informed, personable and often quite funny.
Wanderful should have made it clear in the beginning, or at least at the time of booking, that they would be coordinating the tour by remote control (Whats App). Based on prior tours with other companies we were expecting an in person tour guide to handle or help handle the daily logistics of getting between cities and venues. Once we understood how they were going to handle logistics, things did run smoother, but being uncertain whether the driver would show up and/or where to meet the driver, created unneeded stress and agitation. The stress was exacerbated by trying to communicate with local drivers for whom English was a second, third or fourth language.
That said, when I did contact Wanderful via WhatsApp, their staffer, Rose Amanda, was great. Very prompt and helpful.

We truly appreciate your comments regarding expectations around tour coordination. This particular program is operated as a partially guided tour, as outlined in the tour literature. The WhatsApp coordination is primarily used as a real-time reconfirmation and support channel for the following day’s logistics, while our operations team at headquarters remains continuously involved behind the scenes to monitor the ongoing tours performance and stays on standby should a need arises.
We also offer fully escorted tours for travelers who prefer having an in-person tour manager throughout the journey, and we would truly love to host you on one of those experiences in the near future.
Your feedback has been taken very constructively, and we will continue improving our tour literature and pre-travel communication to further clarify the tour format and overall travel experience expectations.

I just finished my first 9 day trip in…
I just finished my first 9 day trip in Greece. The agents are very responsive ; I had a few glitches during my stay but every agent I spoke with found a solution for me when I couldn’t find my transfer on my last part of the trip from the ferry to get to my hotel I rode a taxi that I found at the port and they reimbursed me for the inconvenience since I had a copy of the receipt and the last hotel room was not as updated and clean so the agency worked with the hotel to move me to a better room without paying extra which is going above and beyond. I travelled alone but it wasn’t bad at all and I like how you get to choose and plan the things you want to see even though it took me time to get to the center of things public transportation is reasonable and easy to take. I recommend Wanderful holidays it is so convenient to have transfers between cities taken care of for you and will be looking to book with them in the future. Thank you so much to the team for making my first time in Greece a memorable one.

Wanderful Holidays South Africa experience
The Wanderful Holidays team were very helpful and had all activities very well planned. We only had one minor glitch with a transfer and this was quickly resolved. The accommodation was very good, particularly in Johannesburg and Kruger park. The drivers were excellent throughout the trip and acted like tour guides. We especially enjoyed the cultural village in Jo’burg, the safari in Kruger park, and Table Mountain in Cape Town. My only concern was that we had too much free time particularly in Capetown. As our hotel was located in a very unsafe area, we could not freely walk around without getting an Uber. However there were plenty of activities to book ourselves. I would definitely recommend travelling with the Wanderful Holidays LLC

Perfect blend of cities and nature
My wife and I went on the 18-day South America: Glaciers, Water Falls, & World Wonders tour.
The tour covers a lot of geography in three countries in a relatively short period, but in a well-paced manner. We never felt rushed. The tour combines scheduled excursions with free time in a balanced manner that gives members the time and confidence to spend more time at the same or new sites.
As you can imagine, coordinating such a trip can be complex, but Wanderful Holidays was up to the challenge. The service level provided by all the head office and local guides was superb. Rose and Lily in particular were excellent. They provided clear, timely, and detailed instructions all the time and whenever a small glitch occurred, which was rare, they promptly addressed it.
Some suggestions for improvement would be to arrive in Rio de Janeiro (from Iquazu) at mid-day or early afternoon instead of late in the evening; don’t fly with discount airlines (the seats are far too small and have no leg room); although we stayed in four-star hotels, and upgraded to a five-star hotel in Rio, some of them did not reflect the ratings. NOI Indigo Pategonia in Puerto Natales and the Hilton in Rio fell into this category. In the former case, some of the amenities were not available and in the latter case, although the location was great, the room we stayed in was well-worn and in dire need of an upgrade.
One note to those trying to decide between the Brazilian or Argentinian side of Iguazu Falls: They complement one another, as the Brazil side views the Falls from below, whereas the Argentina side views the Falls from above. Also note that when we went, the humidity was punishing (38-degrees Celsius). We did the Brazil side in the morning and were afforded cover by trees; at this time of day, you are not covered on the Argentina side.

We booked our tour through TourRadar…
We booked our tour through TourRadar and worked directly with Wonderful Holidays. Wonderful Holidays communicated with us the entire time. I was very appreciative for the constant communication. They also did their very best to ensure we enjoyed our vacation. They went out of their way to make extra accommodations for us when certain excursions did not work out. They provided us with an extra excursion in Greece that we absolutely loved and refunded us the price of an excursion in Italy we didn’t get to fully experience because of rain. The transportation was great. The rooms were good. I was however a little disappointed in Venice with our hotel. The hotel was good but we didn’t get to stay on the canal. We were about a 15 minute bus ride to the canal. When I did reach out about this, they let me know that a lot of the hotels on the canal have a smell or leaking problems. I appreciative we did not have to deal with any of that but would have liked to stay on the canal. My only other issue is how late you get your information before your tour starts. We did not get any information about our tour until about 2 weeks before it started. It is hard to try about book other things when you get your itinerary so close to your departure date. Wonderful Holidays had to change around dates and times of other excursions to accommodate excursions we already booked on what we thought would be our free days. They did however completely accommodate that and for that we were extremely grateful. It was just a little stressful before waiting for the final itinerary with just a few days before departure.
