The BEST Tour Guides
The number of excursions planned were a perfect amount and spaced out perfectly too. The excursions were of a good variety and very popular sites. Our tour guides were THE BEST! They were extremely knowledgeable, spoke good English, and went above and beyond by offering to take our pictures with our phone and diverting the tour to see something we asked about that wasn't part of the tour.
Response from Wanderful Holidays LLCJan 2, 2025
Dear Jamie, We're so happy to hear that your excursions were a great success and that everything was well-timed and enjoyed! It's wonderful to know that the guides enhanced your experience, offering valuable insights and even taking the extra step of capturing moments for you and making adjustments to fit your interests. A special thanks to Rose, Lily, Hannah, and Wendy, whose hard work behind the scenes helped with timely reconfirmations, ensuring everything went off without a hitch. We truly appreciate your feedback and look forward to the possibility of welcoming you back in the future! Warm regards, Wanderful Holidays Team

Wanderful Hollidays orchestrated a perfect vacation!
Wanderful Holidays orchestrated a perfect vacation for my adult child and me. It was a last minute decision to vacation in Portugal. We wanted to go to Lisbon, Porto and Azores. They pulled together a customized tour in a couple of weeks that included everything we dreamed of. The transfers went without a hitch. The drivers were all kind and professional. The hotels were all modern, spacious, clean and well located, especially the former castle in the Azores which was a unique and enjoyable place. All the official tours were exceptional. We experienced the foods, beverages and unique culture of each location. We felt like we got to ‘know’ the country. The company was immediately responsive to any communication that we sent to them before and during the trip regardless of the time of day.

Dear Nicole, Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We're overjoyed that your last-minute trip to Portugal turned out to be everything you hoped for. It's great to hear that the accommodations, transfers, and tours exceeded your expectations, and that you had a chance to immerse yourself in the culture and flavors of each destination. Rose, Lily, Wendy, Sam & Hannah worked diligently behind the scenes to ensure everything was in place, providing timely reconfirmations and making sure that all the details fell into place, so your trip went as smoothly as possible. It was a pleasure to customize your journey, and we're so glad everything went smoothly. We hope to welcome you on another adventure soon! Wishing you a Happy New Year filled with more amazing travel experiences! Warm regards, Wanderful Holidays Team

Wanderful Holidays did a great job…
Wanderful Holidays did a great job keeping us informed about our daily activities, providing updated forms and documents - tickets to excursions and train rides, as well as the names and arrival times of people providing transfers. Everything went very smoothly. We even added a last minute excursion during our trip - to Pompeii - and the team worked diligently to include that package and all related travel. We were thrilled!
Response from Wanderful Holidays LLCJan 2, 2025
Dear Bradley, Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with us! We’re delighted to know that everything went smoothly, from daily updates to tickets and transfers. Your feedback means the world to us and inspires us to continue providing exceptional service. We hope to assist you in planning many more unforgettable adventures. Wishing you a joyful New Year filled with amazing travel experiences! Team Wanderful

South Africa and Victoria Falls
The team managed an extensive tour itinerary really well. They were prompt, attentive and responded to our requests at all times. We had a party of 7 and many details in the itinerary including flights, special needs like wheelchairs, safari rides, guided tours, sea cruises, etc. The team executed everything well! The local guides in particular were wonderful. For the future, I would recommend 2 improvements - 1. make the duration longer by a couple of days. The itinerary was packed with activities each day and a 1or 2-day downtime would have been good. 2. The weather in Cape Town was terrible. It rains a lot in winter and is a known issue. We should have planned ahead for it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re very pleased to hear that your group journey through South Africa and Victoria Falls was well managed, especially with the many moving parts involved for a party of seven, including flights, accessibility arrangements, safaris, cruises, and guided tours. It’s wonderful to know the coordination and support from our team, along with the local guides, helped everything run smoothly. We also truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback regarding the pace of the itinerary and the seasonal weather in Cape Town. Insights like these are very helpful for us when planning future journeys to ensure an even more comfortable experience. Warm regards, Team Wanderful

Our team was absolutely amazing! Any time we needed anything they were on it right away! When my husband wasn't feeling well due to the heat, one text to our team later the tour we had scheduled for later that day was rescheduled to the next day so he could rest and recover! The tours they scheduled for us we're fantastic and the accommodations were top notch. I highly recommend Wonderful Holidays to anyone looking for an excellent curated experience!
