Train was delayed to Venice
Train was delayed to Venice. We knew we would possibly miss the tour and understood they could not wait for us. We called and asked them to tell our guide we were running late and asked to wait till departure. We arrive right on time at 4 pm and the group had already left. We ran around to all the tours, tried to get in contact with the guide or the company to meet the tour half way throught via water taxi, no answer and we had paid! That was the BS part
