Fabrizio is a great tour guide!
Our Rome In A Day tour was on May 12; Fabrizio was incredible. Even if you were idly waiting in line for something, he would use this as an opportunity to discuss everything from the Colosseum to the ancient structure of the Roman Senate. He did a great job at keeping our tour group together, and his knowledge of art history not only expanded our understanding of the Catholic faith, but it also opened our hearts to the human experience. We adopted a motto throughout the rest of our trip to Rome: “what would Fabrizio say?” Grazie mille, Fabrizio!

The city of Rome Darrell and Josh 2025
The city of Rome, and my very first visit there is what made it great. Tour guide was knowledgeable and fun. Sometimes, a bit too political for my liking

The tour was ok
The tour was good. The guide was knowledgeable. It was very fast paced. Also it didn’t include all the features as advertised by the website. When I asked one of the organizers they simply said oh it’s in the fine print that the tours are subject to change. That’s poor customer service especially since they charge so much money.

We appreciate your feedback. We're glad you found the guide knowledgeable. We're sorry the tour's pace felt quick and that it didn't match the website description. We aim to be as transparent as possible with restrictions listed on our webpage, under the itinerary or contacting customers of any additional closures placed at short notice by the venue. I am sorry if we have fallen short on this occasion. We'll review our tour information for clarity and address the customer service interaction. Kind Regards Walks and Devour Feedback Team

Walls of Italy
I did the following tours, the Vatican and St.Peter’s Square. The collosseum, the Roman forum and palatine hill. Pompei and the sorrento. The tours were well organized, and the meeting places were easy to find. The tour guides were amazing, all of them really knew their history of the sites we visited. I would recommend walks of Italy every time.

Good tour.
This tour was well organized and thorough. The tour guide spoke clearly and demonstrated a solid knowledge of the Vatican and history. She displayed a sense of humour and patience. Unfortunately the tour did not include St Peter’s due to Jubilee Year activity. Although this was beyond the control of Walks, prior information could have been shared with some ideas or information on how we could have visited on our own.

We’re so glad to hear you had a great experience with your guide! We appreciate your feedback regarding St. Peter’s Basilica. While we list the exclusion clearly on our site and we appreciate you're understanding it was out of our control, we currently choose not to provide separate visiting instructions. The official Vatican protocols can change and we want to ensure our guests have the most current information, which is best found directly on the Basilica's official site. We’ll certainly share your comments with our team to see how we can better assist guests in the future. Kind Regards Walks and Devour Feedback Team

Great Tour
Guide was very knowledgeable and patiently answered questions from the group. The timing was so perfect in the early morning to see more on the tour than we would have at other times of the day. Check in was very organized and on time!!!!
