If I could give a 0 I would please i warn people do not go here. This is the worst school I have ever been to. I have 5 degrees and this is my 3rd school so I know from experience a good school this is not it. There is NO communication with student aid or teachers. NO support when you have questions they do not know anything please avoid it. I am grandfathered in so I have no choice PLEASE ADVOID!!!

the success advisors and the professors all do their very best to help the students get where they need to go. always kind and encouraging. the application process is easy and the staff helps every step of the way.

The professors are really great and understanding.

The staff's overall goal is to support your goals; academic coaches and advisors are there to support and guide you on your academic journey. The financial team is available to help you continue your education without missing out because of a lack of funds, with different funding options to choose from. Course instructors provide amazing feedback, support, and relationships as students learn. Alum groups are always there to make you feel wanted and give you a sense of belonging after your academic journey. The career team is available to guide you through job opportunities and job marketing, build your resume accordingly, and connect you with professional resources for your specialty or profession. As a student or alum, you can explore the library, your account, and every resource; log in and access what you need anytime, with no restrictions. If you have any technology issues, the customer service line is open 24/7. The field of experience team will support you with your practicum issues; responses may be delayed due to the high volume of student applications they handle on weekdays. Ultimately, they will review your case and offer support and suggestions on how to move forward successfully. I AM PROUD TO BELONG HERE, FROM GETTING MY MSN TO DNP PROGRAMS. My experience at Walden has been made great because of the easy to navigate platform, straight forward processes of accessing, completing and submitting discussion posts and assignments. The amazing staff and instructors and also the recognition I have received for my accomplishments.

What makes my experience with Walden University great is the flexibility of the online learning format, which allows me to pursue my education while managing my personal and professional responsibilities. I appreciate being able to access course materials online, complete assignments, participate in discussions, and build knowledge that I can apply to my future career. The coursework encourages critical thinking, independent learning, and personal growth. Walden also provides an opportunity to connect with instructors and fellow students who bring different experiences and perspectives to the learning environment. One area that could make the experience even better is providing more practical career guidance, such as resume assistance, interview preparation, networking opportunities, and job placement resources related to students’ fields of study. Overall, Walden is helping me work toward my educational goals, and continued investment in student support and career development would make the experience even more valuable.

There are better options. Believe in yourself enough to fill out actual applications to schools with real standards. This is a degree mill and they don't care if you make it or fail- they want your money. Only reason I'm finishing, or planning on, at Walden U is because it's the path of least resistance. Have to schedule with your academic advisor, even for a 5-minute phone call, orientation was just a whirlwind of videos... navigating their canvas is nothing remotely close to intuitive. The program needs improvement and so, while they figure that out, save your money and find a more reputable school. $45k+ is preposterous considering you teach yourself.
