I took advantage of their 3 free walk and gave it a try. However, the dog walker was 30 mins late for the 1st walk and when I called the customer service , they said they would help me to immediately request for a backup walker. The 1st walker did showed up eventually and started an argument with me saying she was here the whole time looking for my house. I called the customer service again and asked about when is the backup dog walker going to come , they checked the system and told me it was never scheduled. I am never go use this service again and do not recommend other to use it.

THIS IS THE WORST APP! They need to make it user friendly. Beware, if you add two dogs to your profile but only have one dog walked, you still get charged the additional $5! The app sucks. It doesn't let you choose your walker and should let you choose how many dogs are being walked in one session. Horrible app developer.

Wag really screws over there walkers on pricing they take ~57% for boarding and sitting, 40% on 30 and 60 minute walks and ~36% on 20 minute walks. What's that about? I can get paid 12 for a 30 min walk, or I can sit your dog for ~17 per night, where I would have to walk it and feed it multiple times? It doesn't even make sense... I know they have up front costs with the lock box but that's the what happens when you start a business. Deal with it, don't screw over your people... you can't make it work without them so it's pointless to take such a ridiculous cut. Not to mention the walker app is extremely unhelpful and unorganized so it makes it hard to find walks and figure out actually how far away they are from your current location or your home... I have actually lost money with drive time bc some of the walks were so far away and it wasn't easy to tell exactly where it was. Yes it might only be 7 miles away but it's on the other side of one of the busiest highways in the US and it takes me 45 min to get there in traffic... I have reached out for help and suggestions multiple times and nothing ever comes of it. All this has made me want to do is start my own busx without them. Already met enough ppl to do it. So maybe you should get two stars for that...

First walker Abigail canceled a few hours before the scheduled walk. They notified me not to worrry as Morgan would be replacing her. After one hour I get a call that the system is showing my dog wasn’t walked and they were trying to find a third replacement. I told them not to bother and made my own arrangements. Company is not dependable.

Horrendous company. Lost a dog and took zero responsibility. Do not expect this company to stand behind their service. If you love your dog, do not use Wag. #findbuddy

Search Find Buddy on Facebook! One of the sitters through this app let a dog get out and lost, who happened to be a service dog to a young boy. The dog was finally found today but the company threatened to sue the family for "libel" and "slander" for publicizing that their dog was lost! They then claimed to spend $30,000 to help find the dog but there's no evidence of this! They are clearly a shady company and I would never ever trust a member of my family with these horrible people.

Wag! You are a joke. You remind me of a restaurant owner I know that every time he gets a bad review, he has everyone he knows from the time he was 12 counteract with the BEST review. In time, people know he is a scam. I see you are doing the same. There is no way you spent 30k trying to find Buddy the lost dog in Massapequa. Prove it with real bills and cancelled checks. You have someone who's a single mom, holding down 3 jobs with no time to pee...and this is who's watching a puppy that is full of energy and nervous around strangers. Doesn't make sense. I would not hire you to watch my pet rock. You're getting the worst press and should think about turning it around. Be a hero! Do the right thing and get that dog back to Jack. He needs him. He's 4 years old and deaf. Buddy was his companion and kept him safe. Own up to this misfortune and FIND BUDDY!!

We've had nothing but bad experiences with Wag. Very poor customer service, rude staff, app that doesn't work half the time, and we've been through SIX Wag walkers and have yet to find one who actually knew what they were doing with our Portuguese Water Dog. I don't know how these people pass whatever vetting Wag has to become a walker, and it does not seem like they've had any kind of basic instruction whatsoever. Reading the latest news story about a Wag walker losing a dog and then threatening the owner with legal action to keep quiet about it (as per the Daily News article), that is the last straw for us. I suddenly have a very bad feeling about this company.
