The dog Walker is great. I often have troubles with the map to follow them while they walk though.

It is difficult to contact Wag when there is a problem like a walker not showing up. Walkers are friendly and kind to my dog.

Majority of the time everything is fine. But sometimes walker comes too early or too late and I try to book the time that is best for my dog. Walkers are great and Lola enjoys the walks. Wag helps me out when I need it.

I was looking for a different dog walking service until I found Jordan. Once Jordan came into the picture everything has been great! She is now my top preferred dog walker!

I gave four stars because the website isn't well done. You can only do certain things through the app, and I don't really want to use the app.

Wag is a great service where I’m able to get a walker most of the time. Everyone has been terrific. My only issue is occasionally not knowing if I’m going to get a walker or not for a couple hrs.

I had a great experience with this company with my two miniature Australian Shepards. They are high energy and very social. It made sense for me to use Wag. I recommend!

The owner did not provide a trash can. Where does the owner expect us to pot the stool . he was in an area like a lot with free ways to both sides. So no public trash cans. I was told to carry the stool with me. Where in my purse? The owner had a dog that had a toy stuck to its mouth. But did not train her to leave it when needed.and got mad she dropped her toy . The owner was in Angry I had to walk uphill for 15 min but had a problem with me getting water from his sink. His faucet. The owner had a problem with me washing my hands in his sink after I gave his dog treats that were sticking. What a slave monster. And customer service didn't know customers from reality and didn't listen. Didn't do there job. Its good except when customer service is inexperienced. So normally its good. Except when I get Ill demeanored owners with inexperience customer reps.
