Wag!Reviews of wagwalking.com

Your walkers don’t do the basic stuff they’re supposed to. They leave my cat starving with no place to use the bathroom because I specifically paid them to clean the litter box and fill up the bowl. They just come in and pet the cat and leave. Don’t they think that cat prefers food, water, and a clean litter rather than being petted?

a pet sitter over charged me for a dog sitting service price that i did not agree to with wag.. significantly; that same pet sitter left me a note offering to do for cheaper without using wag; i notified wag immediately of my issue and they only offered me wag credits & not even a refund of the difference I agreed to. I will never use wag again and it’s been removed and deleted; my advice is to go with people you know and trust.

Bittersweet. Wag has taken our pooch on many many walks that we are completely satisfied about but in two recent instances where we have booked walks well in advanced, either multiple walkers bailed or never signed up at all. Leaving us to scramble for options while at work. These two recent instances have caused us to doubt future reliability of Wag in a pinch.

It appears there are less and less walkers available when I attempt to schedule walks. I use to trust that if I left my dogs alone and schedule a walk that someone would accept and take care of them. This has not been the case recently.

I actually truly dislike the service and only use it if I absolutely have to. They don't vet their walkers at all and I've had my dog put in extremely dangerous situations where a walker was chatting with a friend with her back turned to my puppy, one where the walker went MIA on an 20 min walk for an hour with no response, etc. I've had terrible experiences which they've never done anything about at all! If and when

Customer service isn’t as good as it use to be. They don’t hold their walkers accountable for report cards and pictures which is why I use the service.

The customer service has gone way down.

I used to love using wag, but ever since I moved to Santa Monica, wag has not been able to find walkers for me. I am going to have to start using a different service for my dog.
