I signed up wanting to view sitters in my area...next thing I know I am being charged a huge amount of money for a potential booking...I did not book anything with anyone...I put in dates to see who could be available to board my dogs...and to browse the sitters....I quickly emailed my concerns, and they took off the so called boarding request...however, left on a $99 fee to cancel...very poor customer services and policies etc...use rover.com instead!

We scheduled a dog sitter to watch our dog while we went on vacation. We talked to the sitter that morning to confirm, everything was good. We leave at 1pm and sitter was supposed to be here 3-6pm. We get a notification from the app that a new sitter was being looked for at 7:30pm. By that time we are 6 and a half hours away. No other sitter was available, obviously, so we were screwed. Had to turn around and drive back home. Lost the $2k that the condo at the beach cost. I tried to contact Wag! And you get talk to anyone. They don’t have support. You can only email them and hope to hear back. I got a response 24 hours later and they offered to send a free $20 wellness check for my dog. Very inhumane. Just be careful when booking anything with this company.

I spent $50 in hopes to get work from this app as I am having trouble finding a job and there is never work on here. They refuse to give me a refund and are trying to make it seem like it's my fault that I can't get any work when they aren't providing any. I live in a popular city as well. Don't waste your money. Use rover instead.

NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE. A walker named Alexa went into my home and locked the bottom lock with a door that has a keypad I am out of the country and now there is no access to my home. My dog has not been fed . She blamed me and was not caring at all.

As a pet caregiver, I had a terrible experience. I just lost $50 to register and provide my background check, only to find out they have no customers in Ohio. It is just a bit of a scam. I wish I could have my money back.

WAG customer service is an absolute joke. Absolutely no support. It is completely unacceptable. Don’t waste your time. Do not recommend working for them.

WAGs customer service is a joke, BEWARE. I had a walker lock my doorknob lock from the inside rather than the deadbolt that she was provided a key for, which resulted in her being locked out with my dog, a high stress situation while at work, and a $230 locksmith fee. WAG refused reimbursement because it wasn’t specified in my walker notes to not lock a lock in which a key was not provided. This is common sense and should not have to be notated. Not to mention finding any kind of customer service option is near impossible. If I could give this company negative stars I would. Hoping no one else will have to go through this experience!
