I've had the best experience with Wag so far! We were paired with Leo, who was so so great with our pup the first time around that we booked him again today when he was available. He's taking Archie on two great long walks around the city and we will definitely keep requesting him if he is available. The app is so easy to navigate and I love all of the updates we get about the walk and the picture/report cards at the end.

Wag itself is good and their customer service is amazing. So nothing bad to say about the company. But, The person who watched my dog on the other hand was not, sadly. He had tied up my dog to the trampoline in the early morning around 4am and left him tied up with no food or water. My neighbor had to wake up at night cuz her dog heard my dog barking and she came to check on him and saw his ear tip bleeding and being tied up and no food or water. Was really not how i was hoping our first time would be using Wag. Regardless, i think that i will try Wag again in the future but just screen the caretakers before i leave my dog with them.

Emily arrived right on time. I loved being able to follow their walk and she was great about emailing me after with a report of what happened. All around good experience.

Susan was all I could have hoped for and more for my Scarlet. Scarlet is a rescue with a rough past. But Susan made friends with her quickly and got to know her. She was kind and loving and kept me up-to-date. I was so nervous to leave my dog, but she made it easy. We arranged and meet-up first. I would recommend Susan without hesitation, and I will use her again in the future. Thanks!

It was my first time using wag and it was a great experience! Both walkers that came to my house were super sweet and had great communication. We will definitely use them again!
