Not as reliable as I wish
All the walkers I’ve had come through Wag are great. I wish that booking last minute was more reliable. I sometimes find myself in a tight spot and realize I won’t get back to my dog in a timely manner. I will often request a walker and estimated time will get pushed back further and further. I once requested a walk sometime around 4pm and the request got pushed back 3 hours after the requested time. I made it home by then and my poor pup raced to the yard to use the bathroom.

Hi there, thank you so much for the honest feedback. We are so sorry to hear that the walk was not filled. We do our very best to fill each request in a timely manner however on rare occasions there may not be a Pet Caregiver available at the selected time.
