Walkers are only occasionally available in our area. The first walk we paid for, the walker did an amazing job & our dog came back super happy. The second walk, the walker only made it to the end of our parking lot, came back and returned our dog to us stating that our dog didn't seem like she wanted to walk. What the?? Crazy. Honestly, I think it's better to find a local dog walker to work with directly. Yes, the app features are kind of cool (seeing where your dog pooped etc.), but completely unnecessary and I'd rather give the walker 100% compensation.

Never the same person coming daily or weekly to walk my dog. Some of the walkers just stood out in the grass and let me dog do their business but did not really take them on a walk for 30 minutes. Walkers would show up late like three hours. I requested a refund for a walker that should up at 2:00 p.m. and I had already taken time off work to come home to take care of my dog. They refused to give me a credit or return my money so with all this going on I found a private person to care for my dog. Best choice I have made for my dog.

I have never been more disappointed the walkers end up canceling one hour before my dog was supposed to be walked and they ended up sending another walker 3 HOURS LATER! My poor puppy

They dont take responsibility when their pet caregiver did some mistakes.

There’s never anyone available via the ASAP & no eta. In my area I’ve had too many walkers cancel or be hours late. I work on-call and need a more reliable service.

The front line dog walkers are caring. I and my dog were well treated. My dog quickly learned that the doorbell was ringing for her at a certain time and she was waiting at the door to with every walker. The disconnect in the system occurred when they couldn’t get a walker for our time slot. Rather than notifying me as soon as possible, the office would contact me 45 minutes to 11/2 hours after the scheduled time by text to say that they were looking for a replacement 😒

I really loved this service in the past, but it seems like there just aren't very many walkers available anymore.

Constant issues with no walkers found. We have gone several hours without having a walker come and then we have to cut our plans short and drive an hour home each time it happens.
