I wanted a weekly walker and I talked to a rep. She convinced me that I would get a weekly walk with a specific walker. When I looked in the app, my walks were there for 1 week and not for continuing weeks. Very disappointed. It would be nice if they arrange in app so you can see your favorite walkers and see if they are available.

I don't trust Wag and if I were you wouldn't let them take care of my dog. Their walkers are complete liars. One time this walker kept lying to me even though I told him I have been watching my dog camera for past 2 hours. Dude never showed up and kept lying about it. There were a few more incidents with other walkers that they either didn't show up or cancel the walk at the last minute. Their customer service is also pain in the butt. They just say what is in their "customer service book" and never solve your problem. This is a horrible service. Another point about WAG is their payments to their walkers. Based on my conversations with other walkers WAG is the WORST paying dog walker job. I don't recommend WAG.

Wag is horrible my dog got poisoned on January 6 th while in the custody of a wag walker obviously they don’t pay attention to your dog and when I asked for information they wanted to investigate that’s pathetic my dog got Poisoned

wag will kill your dog say its fine then tell it's dead. Wag then chose to send an e-mail saying that we would only be reimbursed if we signed a settlement agreement essentially stating that we would never tell anyone what happened, not write any negative reviews, nor post anything on social media, completely leaving their company name and walker out of it.

They charge you $25 to register to receive a shirt and bandana. $5 shipping. Then they process your information which takes a week. Once they do that THEN they decided if you qualify and grant you access to the app. Most of the walks were more than 5 miles mostly in the 9-10 mile radius in Seattle. I am in West Seattle and most walks would be in Bellevue.... that is a good 30 min drive without traffic. With the viaduct shut down, its a hellish drive. All of that driving to arrive and walk a dog for 30 minutes for $8.40 plus a tip of possibly $3. WAG is awful and it is taking advantage of it's walkers. Unless you got a sweet set up where everyone is close to your home... you are going to actually be loosing precious time and money. WAG must be taking a large chunk of money out if they are only paying walkers an average of $12 per walk.. sometimes even for two dogs!

Wag walker had Winnie get hit and then lied about it. Company callous about it Read this before using this company.

Our friend's dog died while in Wag's care. She was being walked by an inexperienced walker who allowed their dog to run out in the street, where she was fatally injured. While this alone is inexcusable, the way Wag has chosen to handle themselves and treat their customers after the passing of a loved one is despicable. The day of the incident, the owner had a feeling something was wrong, and reached out to the walker. She assured her that the dog was at home safe and that Wag would be calling her to follow up. Five minutes later, she received a call telling her that was in fact untrue and the dog was gone. On the phone call, a Wag representative told her where to find the dog's body and assured her that they would cover any expenses they felt necessary (cremation, clay paw print, etc). After sending them their receipts, Wag then sent them an e-mail saying that they would only be reimbursed if they signed a settlement agreement essentially stating that they would never tell anyone what happened, not write any negative reviews, nor post anything on social media, completely leaving their company name and walker out of it. The family refused to sign the agreement, and was not reimbursed for the death expenses for their dog.

DO NOT use Wag and if you do, you better hope that you never have to contact their customer service. Two months ago I had an incident where $500 in gift cards went missing after a Wag Walker was hired to watch my dog for the day. Not only that but my dog also had an accident in the house and found a pencil which she chewed. It was the Wag Walkers sole duty to a. make sure my dog gets adequate potty breaks and b. my dog is safe. So I contacted Wag and spoke to someone in an outsourced call center who said someone would contact me from Wag the following day. Several days went by and no response. So I called a different 1800 number that I had found and left a voicemail never to get a response. My own mother emailed Wag customer service to try to get a response. She did get a response and connected me with someone who said they need to “escalate” my case. Fast forward two months now after several calls and emails of Wag customer service representatives telling me they can’t help me and they need to escalate my case and that someone will call me back. Theft from customers’ homes is clearly not of concern for Wag and they have no interest in preventing and recetifying incidents like these. Please consider this wisely before you use Wag.
