Hi Ardyth, thank you so much for your review and for your feedback! We may not always have a Pet Caregiver available for the selected date and time of a particular service, so we recommend booking in advance. We are onboarding new Pet Caregivers every day and we will make sure to take your feedback to the appropriate teams! Thank you for being a valued Pet Parent with Wag!

Hi there Tamara, thank you so much for your review! We are so happy to hear that you've been delighted with your services. The tip popup after a service is completed is completely optional! We appreciate your feedback regarding this and I'll make sure it gets to the right teams!
