I tried signing up to be a walker back in May, then paid $30 for the shirt. It’s august and still haven’t gotten the shirt AND haven’t received any emails since. I’ve called and spoken to Wag! agents and they said that my background check still hasn’t “gone through.” Even though it’s supposed to take no more than a few days. The problem still hasn’t been resolved. And no one has reached out no matter how many times I’ve tried. It’d be nice to get my $30 back. AT LEAST.

If I could give 0 stars I would have given no stars. However, looks like the least I have to select is 1. Wag first offers their customers credits (200 credits for $170). However what Wag doesn’t tell u is that hidden somewhere in the app is this “auto fill” button which automatically fills ur credits (charging another $170 to ur card). I didn’t need the credits to be auto filled because I didn’t have the $170 extra cash for it. I called wag for a refund, emailed them multiple times and they are basically MIA. When I call the customer service line, they say they will refer my issue to finance department and that I should hear back and get my refund within 5 business days. Well it’s been well over 7 business days and I haven’t even gotten a simple acknowledgment of my request. This is not good customer service at all. Fast at taking our money but find all the reasons to go mia when it comes to giving refunds. I will file a dispute with my credit card regarding this unauthorized transaction. Plus now my money is tied up by Wag which I had planned to use to buy stuff for my baby nephew. Smh! Very disappointed. I have never had a issue with Rover. A simple acknowledgement of receipt of the request would be very noteworthy. Something like “we received your request and we are looking into the issue/refund. Please wait bla bla bla”.. but no nothing. There was absolutely no response so being on the other end with $170 unnecessarily spent on credits that weren’t needed is frustrating. Wag needs to plan on a better customer service on the finance department-service that acknowledges receipt of dispute requests and receipt of any other questions and concerns. When wag goes MIA with no idea what is going on, it looks that they are doing that on purpose because they don’t want to refund. I have spent much more money on Wag and a mere refund of $170 for unused and credits not required should be a curtesy for the prolonged customer business they would get in the future and have gotten in the past.

Never again! Worst when you’re in a small area and have little amount of dog walkers in the area. Went on vacation and was confirmed a sitter 2 days before my vacation. Left and literally the next day got a message “my appointment was cancelled” 10 minutes before they showed up to my house!!!!! My poor dogs!!! I was frantic looking for alternatives. Calling everyone I knew in my contacts. Appalled they allow their walkers to cancel 10 minutes before! And they never let me put a public review on them on their profile for absolutely POOR RELIABILITY! NOPE! That walker got a little “slap on the wrist” by having them blocked from me ever using them again. Yeah great lesson you taught your dog walker for doing a completely unethical business practice. I get if she cancelled a day before BUT 10 minutes! Bottom line not reliable don’t use it.

Kicked me off for no reason

I have ordered a wag lock box three times and each time it goes to a different address. Each time they assure me that the address is being entered correct and each time it goes to a street address the same as mine but a different city. So disappointed.

"WAG", is currently being listed and known as a, "Failed Capital Venture". whose own technology; "Ran over them, Backed up and then ran over then again"! I was looking to "Possibly", partner with them. But after just 20 minutes of research? (Including two phone calls to experienced service providers}?- Well, I'll just put it this way..... It is NEVER a good practice to invest in tickets to "Voyage", on a sinking ship! And by "all", accounts? "WAG", is indeed listing heavily to Port! Do not walk away from "WAG", …."RUN"!!! "Keep Calm, And just "Sail On"!

They just lost a customer! I will be using rover.com from now on. I bought 2 Groupon deals for credits towards walks that they did not honor. I’m out 26$. The deals were for new customers(which I was at the time) but t wouldn’t accept my promo codes and I needed a dog walker so I used a free walk that they sent me... so now I’m not a new customer anymore, hence not being able to use my groupon deals. Worst customer support ever btw. It could take weeks for them to reply to an email
