Wag! is easy to use and incredibly helpful. Their customer service team is responsive and has been able to accommodate every request.

Wag is a great service and very convenient. When I am in a bind, it's great to know that I can use it. However, the only thing I may have issue with is that it is kind of pricey for a 20 min walk.

Overall this service is great however I have one complaint - Typically my dog walks very fast and gets himself excited so he does his business. Because I'm able to follow the Wag! walks on the app, I know that the walkers who have walked him tend to slow him down a lot so he never actually does his business on the walk. I wish they would walk fast w/my pup so he would go to the bathroom.

Wag has been awesome for when I need someone to walk my pup last minute. They are quick to confirm the appointment so I know my doggie is all taken care of! I also love seeing the picture they take while walking her and their messages about how the walk went. 🙂

At the end of the day I really enjoy having our dogs walked by people that really care about our pets, We had a scheduling problem. I had written the company to change the time and date of a walking, the change did not happen. Wag! Tried to fix the problem but by doing so sent 2 walkers. Then charged me for both, then refunded it, which took a few days. Then there were strange charges to my attached credit card. I had to reach out to the accounting department at this point. This back and forth of emails took 5 days to resolve. The whole situation was very very frustrating. I will definitely use Wag! again and again. I just think there are minor frictions that need to be worked out.

It's a good service which could use a little work to be perfect. There isn't a way to directly book a single walker to keep sending our dog with a person we trust or has access to our building -- we coordinated with the walker to make sure they got the walks, and talked to customer service to move walks when they went to someone else. The phone app can be unresponsive and fail to load walks that have happened in the past -- the web app doesn't have that problem. That said, our dog has a walker who he loves and who does a great job. The rest is minor.

Wag is a great concept. It's been really helpful with my busy and HIGHLY flexible schedule. I never know when I'm going to need a walker and how flexible this app is keeps bringing me back. WIth that said, there are definitely still kinks within it. Sometimes walks don't get canceled or there are minor miscommunications. I think that's just the nature of being a small company. The very personal customer service is amazing and I've never had an issue that absolutely couldn't be resolved quickly and easily.
