Wag!Reviews of wagwalking.com

Great, easy app, walkers show up on time, are friendly and send video updates so you know they are actually walking your dog. Most will go the extra mile and toss the ball and give fresh water. It is a little pricey but there are often promotions or deals. I wish that when you click the walk ASAP option, a walker would show up sooner than 45 mins later. In addition, the app pages themselves tend to be a little glitchy. However, You can customize your dogs profile and make requests and choose how/where you want to hide your key. You can contact walkers directly and get a report card after each walk. You can also request specific walkers and you know it is safe because of the insurance policy. Overall awesome, safe app for dog walking.

Great and easy to use

Wag has been great for those emergencies where one of us won't be home. I can just go on the app and know I can rely on someone trustworthy to take our dog out for a walk!

My only wish is if the had a shorter walk time (potty break) for under $14.... I have a small chihuahua and he doesn't need a mile plus walk

Trust the walkers- some leave better report cards than others and send more pictures and videos.n

I have used wag a few times and it's such a great concept! I wasn't 100% satisfied because I feel that some walkers aren't not thinking of my dog when they walk and they barely go the distance. I also feeel commucniatjon from wag could be improved and that the potty breaks should be listed as an option instead of having to call in to schedule it. I love wag and I will continued to use the service!

It's as easy a service as there is. You can tell they really care about dogs and I always feel comfortable using Wag! Took a star off for excessive texting and messaging and emailing

Wag is a service that I find very useful for busy families who are looking for trusted professional dog walkers. They are quick to answer my questions and concerns on their customer service texting line. The interface of the app is simple to use and I enjoy reading my dog's report card and photo after each walk. A suggestion I would have is to ensure putting detailed notes in what you expect out of your walk to maintain consistent walks with different dog walkers.
