Terrible App.
I've been using wag for about half a year now, and although I love walking dogs and making money from it, this app is truly so ridiculous and unfair. First of all, the app is just really low quality, it seems like something developed in 2009 and never fixed updated - even though it calls for very frequent updates in which I have not seen any improvements from. As a walker, you get rated based on your service, but it does not show anything but a star rating - not which dog you walked, nor the date or time, and the clients are allowed to write nothing at all, which is a HUGE problem when it comes to bad ratings. Once your rating hits 4.75 or lower - according to Wag! Policy, you are subject to deactivatation. I had 17 walks, and one review of a 1 star sank me down to a 4.65... even though all of my others were 5 stars (expect for one 3 star, which I also had no explanation for). This review gives me absolutely nothing to work from. I don't know what I possibly did wrong, and there's no way for me to contact the owner or even see which dog this pertained to. This is ridiculous! I count on this app to make extra money to keep me going, and one bad review is enough to take that away from me and that's wrong! I should be able to know what I did wrong so that if it's an issue, I can be aware and correct my faults- which I am completely unaware of, even though I put my best efforts to communicate with each and every client as thoroughly and honestly as possible.
