When trying to schedule a pet setting (be it only during one day or over multiple days), the app seems only to allow selecting start and end times within 3 hour periods. I would strongly prefer to set exact start/end times rather than non-specific ranges. Also reduces confusion with pet sitter when they should arrive and how long they are expected to stay.

Maya is always so excited for her walk. They always do a great job!!

I've been using Wag! regularly since late March for dog walking services after ankle surgery. I opted for their premium service. I've had approximately 8 or 9 different walkers during that time, I've found each to be professional and very good with handling my dog. She is always jumping around in anticipation of her Wag! walk.

Akil did a great job. Secured door after leaving. Played with my big puppy and gave lots of pets.

My caregiver sent videos! Doing something like that certainly adds to my peace of mind!

I could understand what the customer service person was saying. She clarified what I was saying demonstrating she understood my request. She was very professional and solved my issue. More importantly, she got back to me with the status of the resolution. Couldn’t be happier. Great service and dog walking all around!
