Wag!Reviews of wagwalking.com

I have used wag 3 times now and think it is a great service. I have only had one walker but she seems very well trained and good with my dog. I do think the pricing is a little high, $20/ walk plus a tip for dog walking in the area is a little more than other companies. I can understand the convenience of last minute walks, but for scheduled walks a discount would be nice. But the option to buy credits at a discount sort of accomplishes this in a small way.

I really like Wag but have found their scheduling system somewhat cumbersome. I tried to schedule walks on a weekend (this was on Friday) and the system scheduled the walks for the following weekend. I tried to call both numbers, on hold for approx 15 min each time and then when I called back again there was a very long wait and they asked that I leave a message for a call-back. It finally got straightened out but I don't have time to spend so many hours (2 hours the first time and 1 hour the next time) trying to contact a person to straighten out my issue.

Wag is a great service I can depend on. I just wish there wasn’t a strict cancellation charge and it was slightly less expensive!

This service is sometimes wonderful and sometimes less than, but if you get a good walker, it is fabulous. Costumer service is quick to fix any issues.

Wag is useful, but there are still some UI challenges that need to get addressed. There is often lag or crashing on the Android version and a lack of consistency between the web version and the mobile app. I entered all my information on the web version so that I could type with a real keyboard, but when I went to book with the mobile version none of the information was there and I had to type it all in again. Still, I'll use wag, So far it feels like I can trust the dog walkers.

Be better if you could actually pick your walker

Overall a very convenient service. I’ve had some great walkers and some not so great walkers. Prices are pretty high, but it works in a pinch

Generally speaking Wag has been great, with responsive customer service and reliable walkers. That said, I think the app could use some work in terms of being a bit more user friendly. After setting up recurring walks I was unable to edit comments, for example. Additionally, the prompts to share on social after every walk seem unnecessary.
