We have been unable to find walkers at times when we really need them. We have been inconvenienced with asking family to go out of their way to go to our place to walk our dog. There never seems to be any walkers available in the evening. We just started using it after the pandemic again and it feels like it has been abandoned.

really tough finding wag people in my area- also after I cancelled two people showed up one I did not schedule. I was charged 2 x. I gave instructions (prior to canceling) that big dog just needed to be let out. He is 14 with arthritis.. The neighbor saw him being walked down the street and took him back to the house. Frustrating experience overall

Our dog sitter was wonderful! Our dog was happy when with her, and was eager to go back a second time. However the company was horrid! We had no idea where the sitter was even located (wasn't close at all, about 30 minutes away in the wrong direction!). The company doesn't give you the address until after the scheduled sitting time actually starts. The app kept overcharging us, so we kept having to cancel and try again. By the time it was correct we had about seven charges on our bank account. Communication with the company was very robotic. I will never use WAGS! again. Wasn't worth all the stress of being kept in the dark until it was almost too late.

Am new to WAG. Have 2 very active & sassy pups! I also have cancer and anemia, so walks can be hard on my body. The walkers who have come to meet and walk the pups have been really kind and caring. * UPDATE!!! Recently booked a WAG walker. Un fortunately, she had to cancel due to illness in family, so then WAG sought replacement Drop- In WAG people. The replacement person that had been chosen was 30 min. late from scheduled time of 9:30 am, and didn't let me know until 20 to 25 min. into time she should've been there. Then, after walking dogs, she went to wrong apt.! After not finding key/saying it was lost or missing, she then went to apt. office to speak to apt. manager. Then b/c key was missing/she couldn't get in, apt. manager had to call maintenance! Sadly, after an hour or two, the WAG walker realized she was at Wrong Apt.!!! She then said she wasn't wearing her glasses and went to wrong apt. as a result. I was out if town & thought dogs were getting quality care, but was wrong. They were out in heat needlessly, apt. staff was inconvenienced for no real reason in the end, and she caused unnecessary stress to myself & pups. When I voiced issuebin WAG Chat support, I was originally told that since a walk took place, no refund or credit could be given. Then it was determined, I'd get a $20 credit. Now that's cute but Does Not cover stress & inconvenienced it caused. As noted in review, I have 3rd stage non- hodgkins lymphoma & today I was out of town, on way to appointment. Am unsatisfied with setvices rendered or how matter was resolved.

Several times I have requested for a walk several hours in advance, and wags was unable to provide the service.

Half the walkers that were lined up canceled and the walk went unfilled which caused my dog to be destructive. One of the walkers who did show up, marked in the report that they locked my door, but it wasn't locked. I use to love Wag so I'm hoping it'll get back to the way it was.

Giving 2 stars for the actual app which crashes and glitches ALL the time.

This is my second time using wag to walk my dog because I had to stay late at my job. Even though first was went great, I have to give 2 stars because the issue was a big deal. I scheduled a walk last Thursday or friday for a monday 5/24/21 2:00 walk. After getting a confirmation and walker soon after scheduling, Today, I received a notification that the walker cancelled and I did not receive any additional information. It got to be about an hour before the walk and still nothing. So I had to get special permission to leave my training and just ended up canceling. Very frustrating. I still have not gotten any information about what happened.
