Awesome app and service!

Great company and convenient.

Wag is very easy to use and great for someone who needs help with their pup short notice. The only thing I dislike is that you can't choose your walker and meet and greets are unavailable as well unless you're booking for the same person at the same time 5 days in a row. If you luck out and find a walker you like right out the gate, you can add them as a priority but there's no guarantee they're always available. Overall I do feel like the pros outweigh the cons, especially if you talk directly to customer service about your preferences.

Wag! Is a great, easy dog walking service to use. All the walkers that have walked my pet have been great! I love the report card at the end of the walk. I gave it 4 stars, because once a walk is confirmed, it's a tad difficult to edit information.

The walkers that I have used are friendly and courteous. I guess my only complaint, if you can even call it a complaint, is that they don’t walk fast. I’ll pay for an hour walk and they barely will make it 2-2.5 miles. 30 mins to walk one mile is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. Wag makes use of text messages which is great and the app shows you the route your dog and Walker are taking in real time.

First few walks were a miss for us, but I have been happy with Wags willingness to remedy their walkers errors.

Wag has been very convenient for finding dog sitters in my area. The sitters have been attentive and kind, and I appreciate their detailed reports and pictures from the walks. However, I have had issues with Wag's customer service- coupon codes not working, my home information not being loaded properly, not getting my lockbox in time, etc. Overall I would recommend Wag.

Works great, just sometimes there are problems for getting a walker right away.
