2 of the 3 walks my puppy Sadie has had with Wag! we're fantastic! I had difficulty with one Walker, but after taking with customer service j felt much better about the situation.

I have had great luck with wag! Almost every time they have come up with a great person to walk my beloved pets!

Despite my pretty bad experience with one substitute walker, it shouldn’t speak for the entire company, hence why 4 not five stars. My walker Ashley really tires out my dogs and she’s very professional. It’s such a relief to have Wag there when my boyfriend and I have to work long schedules. Very thankful for Wag, of course there will always be some walkers that will take advantage of the company, but I’m overall happy with them.

Excellent walkers. Very convenient when I can't take my dog to doggie daycare. However, in my area, a day of doggie daycare costs $25 (with three walks a day included), so a half hour Wag! walk for $20 is quite pricey.

In general great! My three dogs have had such a nice time with Wag walkers.

Great company. So far not even one issue with them. Nice people working and everything is ok. It could be better if they pay more for the walks. They keep 8 dollars of 20 in every walk or 12 if it is a one hour walk. I think that’s a lot.

So far The Walker has been reliable. Poor communication in the beginning, she couldn't make our meet up and no one contacted me. Also they do not honor any coupon codes you find online

My dogs loved the walks!! The walker did show up early but did text asking to take the dogs early. All walks I scheduled for 3pm day one was 2:30ish, day 2 was 12:45 and day 3 was 1:20. She did ask to come early and I did agree. I don’t think you should accept the walk if you have to change the time. I schedule the time because it is what worked for our family. But overall the walker was great and definitely would recommend anyone to use wag!!!
