Some walkers are not good at being on time. And when there is a problem like that they do not offer any avantages.

ive had great walkers with Wag! The lock box system and ability to text the walkers always makes things run smoothly. My only issue is that the price for walking 2 dogs is a little excessive for my budget; I'm on a postdoc salary so the $30 per walk price keeps me from using the service as much as I actually need it. But other than that I always feel like my dogs are in good hands!

Super easy and convenient, only drawback so far is that it takes the company a while to answer you when you have questions.

As a first time user, I am so happy to have this app! I love when I'm having a busy day I know my dog is taken care of. I also love the opportunity for discounts and gifts. A couple of things I wish were better: ~I don't find the app very use friendly. But that could just be me. ~I wish the dog walkers were more experienced in how the app works to assist me. ~When I texted the support line, I don't feel I received good answers to my question and it felt more like a sales pitch to get me to sign up for regular walks.

Wag gives me the comfort while Im working my long days that my dog is happy and taken care of. I love the updates and tracking the walk in the Wag! app!! Thanks to all the pet lovers out there for taking care of my pooch!

Service is great. The app needs a lot of work. I can't add priority walkers easily without contacting customer support. I can't cancel walks without contacting customer support. Luckily customer support is pretty quick and just a text away. Still inconvenient though

Wag walkers are terrific! Professional, fun and timely. There are some efficiencies needed in customer service to make it more user friendly.

I've had mostly reliable walkers but recently had one who didn't show up. Fortunately Wag noticed the issue and sent a replacement walker within an hour.
