First day as a wag walker and I got a call from “wag support” thought it was legit. They asked for my password for my wag account which was dumb of me to give it and it ended up being the same password for my Zelle... they ended up getting $500 bucks from me... looked it up and wag is filled with scammers and hundreds of people have gotten got like me.. oh well.. learned my lesson.. never will I try to earn money from any kind of app ever again

This is one of the most dishonest companies I have ever worked with. Multiple times I would book a walker and then 15 minutes before their scheduled time the walker would cancel. They made minimal attempts to find replacements and did not consider the fact that my 6 month old puppy could not relieve himself for over 8 hours "an emergency". I will never use this app again and actively communicate my displeasure to all dog owners I come in contact with. This company is putting the health of dogs (especially puppies) in serious danger.

No where does it mention that there is a 25 dollar administrative fee until you go through all of the prompts and waste your time. Don’t bother commenting I won’t check this again. Also a very unreliable app and customer service center.

I requested a walk for my dog once and I’ll never do it again. I requested the walk hours before the scheduled time and was assigned a walker. As the time approached, the walker canceled and another walker was assigned. This one ended up running late and eventually canceled and a third walker was assigned. By this point it was over an hour after my original scheduled time and too late for the walker to complete the walk before the leasing office of my building closed (where they’d have to pick up and return my key). I ended up canceling my plans and coming home to walk her myself. Wag is completely unreliable and I would never try using it again. Pet parents beware.

Customer service is subpar. I have relied on them, but recently my walkers have been cancelling last minute, showing up late, etc. When I first started having walks, I was getting great walkers, but then new people who only had a couple of reviews. Today I scheduled an ASAP walk, and it's been 2.5 hours. Two walkers have cancelled on me so far. This is ridiculous - for the price, the customer service should be better. I switched to Rover, where I have a consistent walker.

I don't want to give them any star..but I have to give at least one. I submitted my application and paid $25 for the background check. And I received an email that said their background check provider was unable to confirm my identity. I never had any issues with background check. I am currently a dog walker on Rover. I sent an inquiry about this issue and they just provided the FAQ links which don't answer my questions. So I called (628)408-5300 but I couldn't talk to a real person because on their system my application was rejected and they have my phone number and don't want to answer it. If you are considering to become a dog walker on WagWalking, I would choose different companies.

Don’t use wag! They allow walkers to cancel last minute and can’t find a replacement for hours after your initial scheduled time. This has happened multiple times. I highly recommend using someone else for your dogs needs.

In early January my regular walker was negligent and my dog ran out the front door before the walk started. Initially Wag was helpful, and sent out volunteers and put up flyers. My dog was found a few hours later, thank god, with a torn foot pad and a cut on his face. Wag called me directly and told me they could reimburse me for any vet costs, just send them the bill. I was very grateful and after going to the urgent animal care we paid $400 and I emailed Wag the bill. That was 7 weeks ago and since then I have emailed them 3 times and called 3 times and no one has ever responded. The customer service person every tine says someone from priority services will get in touch with me about my claim and no one every does. I am being completely stonewalled. It’s one thing to take a long time with the claim but no one will even speak to me about it, as if they’re trying to get away with not paying and make me forget.
