I love the app and being able to follow the walkers. I feel like I will be charged more though if I book at the last minute; therefore, it may be easier to use a smaller company.

Hello, I am a Wag! walker, and i'm reading all of these reviews, which is crazy lol cause when I apply for a walk it's always given to a different walker or a boarding, I do this as a side job and have never been late to pick up a dog, but if the dog hasn't done it's "duty" lol i'll stay an extra 5 minutes if the owner allows to make sure the dog does his/her business. Wag support isn't the best and should really not give walks to people who cancel because then people like me don't get the jobs. Mind you i'm 6 months pregnant and haven't had any problems with dogs, i've had a few with bad reviews and all i do is keep a close eye on them not eating anything off the floor and keeping them away from other dogs. I hate when walkers let their dogs come up to mine, you never know how they'll react.

I am writing this review as a Wag Walker, which I do as a side gig in addition to my full time job. I am surprised to see all the reviews about walkers showing up very late or not at all; obviously I can't speak for other walkers, but I know when I accept a walk, getting to the dog and taking very good care of it is my top priority. Wag seems to be popular here in the Dallas area and there are many walkers available. The app could be better, especially on the client side, it isn't easy to cancel services if your schedule changes. And on the walker side, support could be a lot better. They don't seem to care about issues that walkers have with the app. That being said, I love getting to meet new dogs and I have fun with the walks. There are dedicated and experienced Wag walkers out there and a lot of happy clients who use the service frequently. Give them a try for yourself!

Pros: Overall a great and reliable service... Walkers have all been great so far. Videos are paired with fun music - really fun/funny to watch. Cons (these are mostly little things if you consider that they do a pretty good job with the service that they are selling): Customer service could be better. The app doesn't allow you to cancel recurring walks which is a PAIN - you have to call - not ideal when you're trying to get things done quickly. App doesn't allow you to see the videos/photos sent during the walk after the walk has been completed so I end up missing a lot of these. I wish there was a standard for the type of information that walkers write-up in the comments when a walk is over - sometimes new walkers leave very little info.

1 Month Customer and Counting We have used the service for a little over a month now, and things are going extremely well. I like how well vetted the walkers are, and how experienced and comfortable they seem to be with handling our pets. We are scheduled for walks Mon-Fri, and I like having the same walker everyday. I wish I were in more control of the schedule, as there are days when I work in an office, and days when I work at home or decide to take the day off entirely, and would like more flexibility around making, changing or cancelling days. I also wish there were a way to buy complete packages that the would take care of the daily walking fees and gratuity. I don't want to see 20 line item charges on my credit card statement every month, so I am hesitant to tip because of this, and that is unfair to the walker. Last critic, I do not want to rate my walker everyday, I should be able to opt out of this.

I have had a pleasant experience with wag. It is easy to find someone at last minute notice to walk my pup when in need. Thank you for providing this service!

This was a very positive experience for my dog and myself, as health has prevented me from being able to walk my 4 legged friend

So far the service has been great! The set up was a little clunky since I was looking for a regular dog walker but once I got one scheduled, it's been terrific. My dog truly appreciates it the most, I'm sure! :)
