I walked for Wag for 18 months. I had over 800 walks, with a 4.97 rating. My owners loved me and frequently requested me personally. I am on every preferred walker list in the area. I had an incident where the dog got off leash...through no fault of my own. Even Wag admitted that there was nothing I could have done about it and it was not my fault. The owner was extremely understanding and said it was not my fault. I was able to retrieve the dog without further incident. As per Wag policy, I self reported the incident...and they terminated me for violating their off leash policy! My advice...if you work for this company, don't EVER self report an incident because you will be fired, regardless of the circumstances.

Wag claims to have some sort of customer service but when you need to reach out to them they couldn’t even have the courtesy to reach back out. My wife got bitten repeatedly by a dog and we have been trying to reach out to find out the medical records of this dog, whether it has any diseases/rabies. And yet they won’t even reach back out even though we now need to head to urgent care. Definitely do not recommend WAG for anyone who cares about having a good customer service or care about your well being.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I downloaded Wag a few years ago and because I was going to use it while I was at work but a friend ended up coming through and I didn’t need it. I NEVER USED IT AND DELETED THE APP. Today, 3 years later I saw 2 $9.99 charges on my Credit card statement. When I called to inquire they said I signed up for premium 2 months ago by way of the app THAT I HAVEN'T HAD IN 3 years. When I told them that was impossible that only agreed to give me one charge back. I asked for a supervisor and one has to call me back because they were all busy at the time (wonder why). The woman called me back hours later (shocking) and only agreed to give me one charge back. I advised that I never signed up for premium as I HAVE NEVER USED THEIR SERVICES and she said there was nothing she could do. These charges were fraudulent and they are thieves. I do not suggest using their services. Their customer service team is horrendous and a waste of time. I’ll be contacting the better business bureau and my credit card company. So disgusted!

O effing stars. I tried to book ONE walk and they charged me $475. While proceeding to tell me they never charged me. I had to file a claim with my bank. Do NOT ever use this app.

SCAM SCAM SCAM This is a SCAM for info.THIS FORCES friends and families to input personal info so they can sell it. also requires access to their PHONE CONTACTS All Chinese customer service. scam scam scam. NO ON WANTS TO DOWN LOAD THE APP JUST "ENDORSE" a potential worker. 100% unnecessary. Nothing but a information mine. customer service is not helpful. circle talking is what they are trained to do.

This was the first time I used this app. We had booked our sitting a month in advance, woke up to a text the day we were leaving to go out of town saying the sitter had cancelled, and there were no sitter in my area. This is an absolute joke, I am livid that there is no 24 hour notice cancellation policy. Will never use this service again. Dependability, trust, and communication are key skills your company needs to have when taking care of pets.

If I could give them a zero I would. Do not trust this company with your pets. I tried to apply a free promotion code for 1 dog walk and it wouldn’t go through. I never used the service, since the code didn’t work and they charged me anyway. I was on the phone with them for an hour trying to get a refund and was told it was cleared up. That was in March, and I just noticed that that never refunded for that walk AND they have been charging me $9.99 per month ever since. I called and spoke with someone named Eleazar. He said they could not refund me for the subscription, even though according to their records I have never used their services. I gave them the choice of being ethical and cancelling my subscription and refunding me for all of those months, or I would call my bank and dispute the charges and give them a review accordingly. They chose the latter. I would never use a company as unethical as this to walk my pets. NEVER.

terrible. i signed up for a trial while i was fostering a dog. shame on my for not reading the fine print but i would have really appreciated an email to tell me my trial was changing to a Premium account. Now I have several $9.99/month charges i cannot get refunded. Unless you know you will want this service indefinitely, i would recommend not using this app.
