Good service. Sometimes there is discrepancies with the pick up time.

Wag! is easy and I’ve had really great experiences. Only downside is my dog it turns out is afraid of men, so one walker didn’t quite work out. I wish there was some way to add preferences like that, but if you’re dog is more easygoing it’s awesome how fast they can be there. I love the ease of getting a lockbox and the communication.

The walkers are great, never had an issue. The app is not the easiest to use and sends you a lot of texts.

Their service is great. Rescheduling in their app could be easier.

Fine app and fine work but not ideal

App is easy to use and Wag allows you to find a regular dog walker at competitive prices. The app could use some work. For example, being able to edit scheduled walks through the app would be nice.

After a minor first usage glitch, we have used Wag multiple times and will continue too. The platform and those who have walked our pups have been amazing.

I had a great first experience with Wag. The walker who came to our house was very professional and I felt like I could trust her with my pets. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had a bad experience with customer service. The walker asked if she could come at 11 am instead of 10, and I said fine, because any time in the morning would have been fine by me (but Wag forces you to choose a particular time). Next thing I know, I'm getting a text from Wag saying that they are sending someone else because my walker hasn't come on time. Both the walker and I were trying to get in touch with customer service (she had been doing so for several hours at this point), but we were both left on hold. Finally, someone from Wag texted me, but it appears that Wag doesn't have a good support ticket system, because two separate people started texting me about the same issue (although one of them was not aware of the broader problem with the canceled walk). So 4 out of 5 stars for that hassle.
