very good people who work there, can be sometimes difficult to get a walk ASAP. full report and pictures are a great plus.

I love how Wag is an on demand dog walking service. We don't need a set schedule for dog walking because our schedules vary so much. Wag is there to step in when we need someone to cover our dogs. The communication is pretty smooth and easy. It's great being able to see where they take your dog live on the map. The first two dog walkers were awesome. The third one tracked poop into our house and left our dog in the wrong place when she left. I asked Wag to remove her from our available walkers and they were quick to honor our request. All around I'm very happy with their service.

Wag is great service that I am looking forward 2 c grow. Customer service for clients reaches out 2 u and let's u know of any changes and offers u alternatives, I recieve texts for walks wit veteran walkers for a discounted price when they are in my area which is something I want to c more of next year. For walkers I want to c more improvements as a fellow walker for the company when I call or text I experience long wait times which can be a bother ):

Their customer service is great however their service has been iffy. I had a walker that went 0.15 miles in 20 minutes and then “played with him” I have a video camera in my apartment and she was mostly playing on her phone. I guess she didn’t understand the walk part of it. Another walker brought him back after 24 minutes. Again I knew because of the camera. If you are going to use them get a camera so you can verify what they are actually doing

Great for when I need a walker quickly. Only downside is that I have three dogs, and their app doesn't allow for choosing which or how many dogs to take on a walk...I have to call them for that.

The dog walkers have been great and the service is a big help. The one area of difficulty is navigating the app and the website. I haven't found it possible to request a specific walker. I see different prices for walkers but when I make a booking, I cannot see what I'll be charged. You can only update your house or dog info from a booking, it should be available from my account. When you add house or dog info, you can't edit a line you've typed, you have to delete back to where you want to make the change.
