Thank you for your review and honest feedback on your experience! We understand that sometimes furry family members have a hard time leaving their loved ones. We would like to recommend considering a training session to help your furry family member ease into leaving their home with someone else for a walk. Chatting with the Trainer ahead of time can help to prepare personalized tips and practices which can be used in the future, to reinforce what was learned during the session. Training can be scheduled within the Wag! app and for areas where In-Home Training is available, the Trainers often also provide walking services as well! Thanks again!

Hi Steven, we really appreciate your thorough and honest feedback. That is correct that services will be dependent on Pet Caregiver availability within your area. If it's feasible for your dog(s), to have a flexible walk time, we would like to recommend reaching out to book directly with past or favorite Pet Caregivers from the 'Past Caregivers' section of the app. From there, under the 'Book' option there is a 'flexible' request time, which would be asking for a walk within a certain window of time, with that specific Pet Caregiver. This option allows more flexibility for Pet Caregivers too. Regarding Wag! Premium, that is optional, though we do want for Pet Parents to be aware of it, especially if using the services frequently, given the benefits. We will be taking your feedback regarding Wag! Premium into consideration and we do really appreciate your review.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your review. Services are going to be dependent on Pet Caregiver availability, however if a service is not able to be filled at the requested time, we do continue looking for the next available Pet Caregiver; which eventually the service will be cancelled, if ultimately no one is available to complete the service. Notifications are dependent on cellular data and are sent out if the schedule is pushed back, while we look for another Pet Caregiver.
