Hi Ellen, thank you for your honest feedback! As there are some variables at play, we'd love to touch on a few possible reasons why you may be seeing that messaging delay. The Pet Caregivers do need to tap in their app, that they've arrived, once on site. If that is already happening, there could also be a delay with cellular data or WiFi; it is highly recommended for both Pet Caregivers and Pet Parents to utilize cellular data with the app. If you're still experiencing this frequently and with multiple Pet Caregivers, we'd like to dig into this deeper and can be reached at [email protected].
