Hi Sharlene, thank you for the review! You may have been seeing a pre-authorization hold for the cost of the service. You are not charged until the service has been completed and pre-authorization holds ensure the payment method is valid with suffcient funds. When services are not able to be filled, we do attempt to keep looking for the next soonest available Pet Caregiver. Please keep in mind that requesting the service is not a guarantee it will be matched to a Pet Caregiver, as it will depend on the availability of the local Caregivers in your area.
