2 NO Shows the same day. I had 2 separate appointments scheduled and both walkers cancelled. I had to call and pester wag to have them find another person to take my dog out at least for the first walk. They found someone to come out, but it took them 3 hours. (The girl who did show, was really nice.) But then for the 2nd cancel, they couldn't find anyone. Apparently WAG does not have coverage in the PakmBeach, Florida location.

No accountability for walkers or watchers. They are allowed to cancel last minute without providing a back up Walker. I also booked a boarding service and the person just never showed up! Unacceptable.

Wag does not take care of their walkers. There is no customer suport, incase you have any issues.. They use stripe as their payment platform, which takes forever to get back to you.. Took stripe 5 days just to update my phone number.. Worst of all, if something bad happens to you while you are walking a dog they do nothing about it.. Oh and I forgot to mention.. It is so competitive, you are lucky to get one walk a week.. Wag is an aweful company to work for..

Needed 2 walks on a Saturday and no walkers .... very sad for my 14 year old dog I really feel it was because he is handicap and just needed to be let out and not walked

The walker is fantastic. The website/app is horrible. I can't go into messages immediately, it forces me to choose stupid graphics for a pic of my dogs that I dont' use. This is super annoying when I need to message my walker. Also I get random text from Wag that I can't access in the app, again super frustrating.

Every time I book a walk... it never gets completed. It waiter gets pushed back and I’m having to manage and ongoing over hrs of it getting accepted or not! Very disappointed in this service!!

Wag's dog walker locked me and another dog walker out of my apartment and cost me $125 to get a locksmith to get me in. Wag deflected any responsibility for damages, citing that the dog walker would need to take responsibility. The dog walker lied and denied she had anything to do with it. Dog walkers have also been consistently signing up and then cancelling last minute, leaving my dog unwalked and me without enough notice to drive home to take care of it myself. I have officially moved on from using this service because it cares about money, not customers. Wag can suck it.

After being a customer for years, I was treated very unfair, I noticed I was being overcharged, I brought it to their attention, what I got as a result was; them canceling the recurring walks and got harassed over $5.00 that, mind you, I didn’t owe them! Unfortunately there’s a whole bunch of inept personnel. The app was changed it frankly it sucks.... telling everyone how bad they’ve become!!!
