I use Wag multiple times per week for dog walks. The service is excellent and I'd highly recommend it to anyone in need of planned and on-demand dog walking services. The app is very thorough in showing you the real-time path of the walk, as well as when the dog has done any business. After a walk, you get a "report card" and can rate the walker and add a tip. The value-add here is high, so I am incentivized to continue using the app. Additionally, you can "prefer" walkers and have the app request your preferred walkers before reaching out to the larger pool of walker. In the one instance where I did have an issue with a walker (who walked the dog for 7 minutes instead of 30 minutes and then lied about it), Wag customer service was extremely helpful: they completely refunded me, blocked the walker, and later followed up about it. The only downside was that it was hard to find their phone number (and their AI chat app was useless), but once I did I spoke to a helpful human right away. I will also note that I pay for Wag Plus, which is $15 per month and saves me about $90 per month in fees and discounts. I haven't used Wag for services beyond walking, but I would be inclined to do so given my positive experience with walking.

My experiences up to now with all the Wag Walkers has been very satisfying. I am happy that each wag walker that has showed up has treated all the dogs in my household very well. They have all taken great care with our dogs. I am grateful for this service and it has been there each time we needed it!!!

Wag is good. But what makes it that way is the dog walker or companion as it is. They are the ones that make WAG the company it is. 😀

Easy App to use with great services.

I’ve have used Wag for my dog walking for my Dolly Parton for 3 yrs and every one that has walked her has done a satisfactory walk for my baby. And caring these young walkers have gone over and beyond for her. If you are looking for a devoted and caring dog walker I would highly recommend Wag for a loving and caring group of walkers.

Braulio is gentle and wonderful with Miles and in my home. Was able to sit at the last moment twice — so helpful, as he is trustworthy.

I have had nothing but positive encounters with all the caretakers on this app. They are really caring, and you can see they really Love your fur babies as their own. I tried Rover once because I get a significant discount and it was a complete nightmare. Never again. I went into panic mode because the Walker was incompetent. I will continue using WAG as I have had nothing but the very best watching my pets.
