Wag for the most part is absolutely perfect for people with limited time or Or unpredictable schedule like me. Several times I haven’t been able to make it back home in time due to people being put on my schedule for the day at the last minute or being far away from home and being unable to get there in a timely manner due to weather or traffic. Wag can ensure this and we will get there as soon as possible or at a scheduled time usually. Only thing I don’t like about Wag is that once in a while I put in a request for my dog he walked at 6 AM and I didn’t get a message to 5 AM they couldn’t find anyone. If I had known I would’ve tried to make other arrangements. They were unable to find anybody to 11 AM that morning.

Very helpful but expensive for every day use. Wish they had a better price break on credit packages.

Wag has been a major convenience for me and my husband’s busy yet unpredictable work schedule. All the walkers have been attentive to Edgar and I know he’s in great hands. My only con thus far is not all walkers read the comments/notes thoroughly and as a result I’ve had a few lock themselves out of our home and one of us would have to leave work early to take care of it - but also defeats the purpose of having a walk ordered in the first place.

Wag, is great and perfect for working doggy mom's. I love that I can contact my way walker directly and the respond immedietly

I have had pretty good experience so far. The walkers have all been good and the time that i did have an issue it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The app is super user friendly and when I have had to deal with customer service directly they have been just as good if not better.

Overall, the service is good. I’d make some adjustments to the UX and to the scheduling process. It would be great to have a modify option in addition to a chance option, so that you don’t have to contact customer service if you need a change.

They defiantly need to fix there timing issue and customer support lines! Every time I had some issue there was no one there to even answer my questions! Overall a good product if I you do it and manage it right.
