Hi Mariela, first of all thank you for leaving your honest review. No excuses, this is not the type of service we want to provide. I was able to pull up your account and we are currently investigating what took place here. Thank you for brining this to our attention.

Hi Joe! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Please know that you can contact the assigned Pet Caregiver before, during and after the service has taken place. Entry instructions should be left in service notes when booking to avoid any misunderstanding. Please reach out to [email protected], we would be happy to help and look into what we can do to make your experience a better one.

Hi there, thank you for leaving a review. We're so sorry to hear that this was your experience. We can not guarantee that there will be a Pet Caregiver available for the time and date of a requested service. We are onboarding additional Pet Caregivers every day to better accommodate hard to fill requests. We strive for everyone on the Wag! platform to have an excellent experience and we appreciate the feedback.
