Its a really complicated application and not customer service phone number or any help

Walk was scheduled for 1 pm today and confirmed. Walker did not attempt to contact me and did not show up. I signed up a VIP and paid $100 . I want a refund and will not be using your service any longer. This is the second time I had a confirmed walk and then a noshow with no contact. Yesterday the walker was wonderful....... Please tell me how to get a refund on the special membership. Kristy Schadt

Canceled twice on me last minute. Won’t be using again.

I had the worst experience with this service. The person watching my dog unplugged our security cameras in our home, did not update me about my pet, did not crate her upon leaving the home as per instructions and a verbal reminder that was given. He went through our fridge and almost broke the recliner on our couch. My poor dog was terrified of him and she’s normally a happy and friends dog. He also cancelled on us and left my dog without coverage first.

I used WAG for the first time last weekend. I went away for the night and booked three walks for my dog over the course of 24 hours. I booked the walks over a week in advance. The walker who was supposed to come at 10pm at night canceled at 9:50 and no replacement was assigned, so my dog was not able to go out until the next morning at 8am. There was no apology from WAG until I complained. At that point, they responded by offering me a future walk for free- like I would ever use the service again?! Clearly, you cannot trust WAG to engage reliable enough walkers. Use another service for your pet.

Walker did not show up with no notice, leaving me stranded at work with a puppy at home longer than he should’ve been allowed. Almost impossible to get in touch with customer service to discuss the issue.

Are you kidding me? You left my dog without food and water for 24hours, then held off sitter I found by putting 2nd request to choreograph what she will write (she confirmed you guys told her to wait) and didn't do anything when 205lb dog sitter harassed us and held our keys we had to pack bags and sleep at friends'. My dog had mini seizure the night I returned and was sick for a whole week even with my 24/7 care and had several seizure precursors and pacing around for hours at night due to PTSD you guys left him with and I had to go to police. I had to stay up to be on the phone with you guys while you were busy just putting me on hold and busy figuring things out to best not be liable.

It's unfortunate that I still have a $70.00 dollar credit with your company as I will never use your service again since you left my dog at home for 16 hours with no one to walk her. Worst service ever and you won't even give me my money back. I will be sure to let everyone and anyone know the lack of service you offer and how long you leave pets to go without!
