I really like Wag, the walkers are really nice and I feel less guilty for working all day when my dog is home bored.

There was some confusion at first with the office not the walker.

It's be a wonderful experience for the most part. Some technical glitches but otherwise definitely a great app!

Great dog walkers- need faster customer service.

It's been great to know that our pup is in good hands during work hours. We did have a walker cancel at the last minute which was disappointing and a scramble, but we love our regular walker.

I really appreciate that this service exists because I hate leaving my puppy alone for long periods of time, but I work full time and my husband is in the military, so it’s a necessity. Knowing I can schedule walks on Wag anytime makes me feel much better and my puppy loves it. I haven’t had a walker I haven’t liked and all seem trust worthy. I love that you get real time updates and that communicating with your walker is super easy. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because it is a little expensive in my opinion. If it were a little cheaper I would use in during the work day too. Right now we use is on the weekend if we are going to be out of the house for a long period of time.

I've been using Wag for about three weeks now, and it's great. I love the report cards and the comfort being able to track my dog during the walk brings. The app is easy to use too, which helped my choose it over Rover. My only concern is with the varying degree of walkers. Some get a mile plus on a 20 min walk, some get a half mile. This isn't enough to make me try another service, but just to be aware of.
