Had multiple walkers not show up to their scheduled walks, which was frustrating as I depended on them. Told Wag! About it and they didn’t even try to do right by me after I told them. There was no human touch to their customer service.

The walker canceled the walk, morning of, and didn't tell me. This was after I texted him thanking him for being able to take my dog out later that morning. He never responded to my text, either. Wag wasn't able to find another walker. I had to call around to neighbors until I could find someone to help and let my dog out so she didn't pee in the house. Really unsatisfactory.

Scheduled to take our dog out at 8 am. Then we got canceled last minute and they kept pushing the time back making it seem like someone was coming. After 4 hours they had not found a replacement but kept telling us to wait for someone. Their response was they have new walkers being trained every day LOL what a stupid response, that doesn't solve our problem at the moment. Super pissed off at these guys because we had to rush home on a 2 hr drive to take our dog out. No real solutions or compensation for wasting our time. Just kept us on the line for a long time. DON'T TREAT OUR FAMILY MEMBER LIKE THIS. If you care about your dog, don't use this app. Edit: their reply is useless, I’ve given my feedback and they cannot rectify a situation that is already done. Don’t use their app.

I had a confirmed boarding session for my dog and the sitter completely flaked! Just did not show up, did not respond to messages, and customer service could not get hold of this sitter either. So, hours later, they scheduled a different sitter… who also flaked! After calling and calling, I was told they were “very sorry” and I was offered an emergency wellness check for someone to go take my dog out and feed him. It took hours for them to schedule that but by then I had scrambled find a friend of a friend who could go check on my dog. Horribly awful nightmare of an experience! Completely and ridiculously unreliable!!!

We tried multiple times (with different times of the day) to get a walk but no one was accepting. Finally someone accepted. Then at the very last minute that person canceled. Wag did not find a replacement so we had to rearrange our plans to rush home and take care of our dog. Wag offered an apology. At the very least there should have been a credit given for the major inconvenience. If customers can’t rely on your company in the care of their loved ones you usually don’t get a 2nd chance.

Wag canceled the appointment and no one called me when I was at work and I never saw it so she has been alone for 12 hours and I am absolutely furious I wasted money on this. I never got my first walk free either. I am livid.

Scheduled two walks over a week in advance .. wag cancelled both when no one showed up half hour after the scheduled time. Luckily someone picked up one of the cancelled walks (she was amazing) but no one was available for the second walk so wag just completely cancelled the walk after putting it up for hour and a half. I was out of town and my dog still needed to get out. Super disappointing that this site is so unreliable.

I have specific instructions on my dog’s profile to not use stairs. A few of my dog walkers have informed me that they have been letting my dog use stairs. When I talked with a customer service representative they said they do not require walkers to read instructions. That’s a huge red flag for me. If I put instructions in my dog’s profile, they should be followed. They also fail to let you know if your dog/animal makes a mess in your space. There have been a few times no walker has shown up despite being booked as well.
