Great service, works great and walkers are friendly

Wag has been very helpful in helping me exercise my pets. I like how they offer free walks to get the consumer to better understand the dog walker process and grasp just how convenient their services really are. The wag box is a huge added convenience that is offered for free.

Great experience

I've had 3 different walkers so far and they've all been great to our dog. Easy to book, and it's nice to be able to see where your dog walked, a pic of your pup, and a log of if your dog peed, pooped and confirmation that the door is locked. You can see reviews of the walkers and it's also great that you can get a free lock box and Wag will also send you credit for the cost of getting an extra key. Also great to have in case your plans change/running late and need to get someone on short notice.

Quigley has loved the walks that he's gone on so far. Both walkers we had were patient while we worked on Quigley's door manners (waiting until he stops barking to come in). They both took super cute photos and had Q coming home with a big smile. I love that Quigley can get his exercise with someone who genuinely cares when we can't get to it that day. What a great service!

This app has been a hit from day one. All the walkers I have encountered through this app have been perfect - responsible, proactive, communicative, trustworthy and more.

What a great service! I always struggled to find dog walkers by calling around, so Wag was a huge help! The app is great - you know when the walker is coming, when they're at your house, and you can follow along remotely to see their route. You'll even get a marker on the map when your dog pees or poops. Report cards and photos are a nice touch. Since they do background checks and have insurance, I have piece of mind about having the keybox outside.
