Excellent service! We've been using Wag! for about a month now and so far very happy with the service. The walkers have all been very nice. At first I was a little hesitant because you are not able to pick your own walker but then once I saw how it worked that was fine. Once you use it you can make that walker "preferred" so when you book another walk it asks if you want to give preference to your marked preferred walkers. The app automatically checks those preferred walkers for availability and then they will be selected if available. We've not used the service when we are not at home yet because it's just not something I'm overly comfortable with for any walking service. The app is fairly easy to use. I have an Android and have noticed it "locks" once in a while but all I do is reset the app and it's fine. I love being able to see where my dog is being walked and the Report Card at the end is wonderful. When I tell people about Wag! I equate it to using Uber for dogs. I will likely continue to use the service and maybe one day use it when we aren't at home and the Wag! walker needs to go in and get my pupper.

WAG is the best, quickest and affordable way to have your fur kid walked when you’re not able to. Walkers are insured, bonded & dog lovers. I feel extremely comfortable with the walkers. Love the easy to follow app and the excellent service.

I started using Wag for sometime now to make sure my puppy gets adequate walks while I'm at work and so far I'm very satisfied with the service. The best part is being able to chat with a actual human and placing specific requests like "offer him water after the walk", "please make sure he wears his sweater during the walk" etc. Also, I can see the trace of the walk and the walker provides a complete report of how was he during the walk, if he peed and pooped etc. I've a lot of flexibility now that I'm using Wag. I'm very protective about my dog and would never leave him alone for a long period without him access to bathroom breaks and water etc. With Wag, I can focus on work while I'm sure my puppy is being taken care of. The pricing is also reasonable.
