I've been using Wag for a few weeks now, trying out different walkers for my pup. They are always on time and update me as they're walking through the app. When she goes potty, their gps and also notes afterwards which I like. App is user friendly and fun to use :) It's a good way for her to socialize and get out more because sometimes it can be difficult to take her on a longer walks during the day with work. Wag also sends little discounts to schedule a walk when someone is already in my area. She is always happy and excited when she gets home!

I recently moved to a new neighborhood in Boston and desperately needed a walker ASAP. I sent emails to over a dozen local companies that either had a wait list or took to long to get back to me. I was able to book a reservation for my dog the night before without any hassle. The lockbox came within days. The walkers always uploaded a photo of my pup along with the route they went on.

Amazing customer service

Lyndie was amazing! She took great care of my pups and kept me informed all through the time she was taking them for walks. I came home to healthy happy babies. Her professionalism is unmatched and I will love to work with her in the near future. I was very happy that a representative from WAGS called me and went over my concerns and had them all addressed. I am very pleased to say the least.
