Wag is great -- super simple and GREAT customer service. The only hiccup is that some -- very few, but some -- of the walkers seem to kill time either by taking photos of the pup or walking/standing around the same corner and unfortunately there isn't a way to know if you're getting that kind of a walker or not until they're already walking the dog. Then it just sucks because the dog is the one who gets gipped. HOWEVER you can request certain preferred walkers so once you've got a few you like, it's easier to rotate them through.

Love the reports! It is so nice to get a quick recap at the end of my puppy's walk and the realtime gps tracking is great too! Trusting someone to enter your home and with your fur baby wasn't easy for me but WAG has done well in helping me feel more secure about having James (our dog walker) take care of my Ollie!

I work 12 hour shifts and wag really helps with taking care of my dog on those long days. I love the ease of booking and the communication they give back about how the walk went.

I have just started using wag as I was hesitant due to my high maintenance dog. We’ve been pleasantly surprised and delighted by the experiences we’ve had. Wag makes it easy to communicate with the customer service as well as the walker. My dog and I will stay wag customers and happily recommend the service to others.

Better than expected Wag has been great to my dog and I. Very easy to use and the app is extremely user friendly. Any time I need to get in touch with Wag or my dogs walker, Bre, they get back to me right away. I would definitely recommend Wag to a friend.
